Diddy is facing a new lawsuit as the 12th accuser alleges sexual assault and miscarriage after molestation

Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused in another New York trial of drugging and sexually abusing a woman.

The youngest accuser, the 12th overall, alleges that after becoming pregnant she was pressured into having an abortion by one of his associates and later suffered a miscarriage.

Mr. Combs was arrested last week and is currently in federal custody. He is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking.

He continues to deny all allegations of criminal wrongdoing. The BBC has contacted Mr Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, for comment on the latest civil lawsuit.

In this lawsuit, recently filed in New York, a woman named Jane Doe alleges repeated instances of physical and sexual abuse over a four-year period beginning in late 2020.

According to the lawsuit, the woman first met the rapper, who paid for her trip, at an “overseas location” and they began seeing each other regularly after that.

The woman alleges in her lawsuit that Mr. Combs drugged her and then performed sexual acts without her consent while she was unconscious.

The lawsuit also alleges that Mr. Combs secretly filmed these sexual encounters without her permission and pressured her into group sex.

An incident that allegedly occurred in July 2022 describes the woman being forced to take the drug ketamine, which caused her to “pass out” and “lost consciousness intermittently throughout the night.”

Shortly after this event, the woman discovered that she was pregnant. The lawsuit alleges that one of his employees pressured Mr. Combs to have an abortion when he informed him of the pregnancy, and she later suffered a miscarriage.

The woman also alleges that Mr. Combs made threatening comments that made her fear for her safety, tracked her location and phone calls, and stopped her from work, offering to pay her an allowance instead.

“No one is above the law. “Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” the woman’s lawyers, Joseph L. Ciaccio and Marie Napoli, said in a statement to the BBC.

Mr Combs has faced a series of allegations over the past year after his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against him alleging physical and sexual abuse last November. That lawsuit was settled by Mr. Combs for an undisclosed amount.
