Police are hunting four Farang tourists who shot at a restaurant in Phuket

Phuket police launched a manhunt on Sunday for four Western tourists who allegedly shot at and destroyed the glass wall of a restaurant in the island province that morning.

The Choeng Thale Police Station was informed that four foreign tourists, who appeared to be Westerners, on two motorcycles attacked the restaurant in tambon Choeng Thale in Thalang District at 2:18 a.m.

Police did not elaborate on the details other than they said they looked like farang.

Korchem Nukul, a security guard monitoring the restaurants, said the first motorcycle of two foreign tourists arrived outside the restaurant at 2:18 a.m., the passenger fired a shot at the wall and they fled the scene.
