Russian troops fired 31 times at the border of the Sumy region during the night and morning

In the Sumy region, the Russian military fired on border communities 31 times during the night and morning.

This was reported in Telegram by the Sumy regional military administration, Ukrinform reports.

“At night and in the morning, the Russians fired 31 times on the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region. 55 explosions were recorded. The communities of Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopilia, Krasnopilia, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman and Seredyno-Budska were shelled,” the statement said.

It is noted that the enemy fired on the municipality of Krasnopilia with mortars (4 explosions), artillery (18 explosions), FPV drones (4 explosions), and dropped VOG ammunition from a UAV (4 explosions).

“Velyka Pysarivka municipality: FPV drones were used (10 explosions), artillery shelling (5 explosions). Yunakiwka Municipality: The launch of a guided aerial bomb (1 explosion) was recorded. Bilopilia Community: Russians fired artillery (4 explosions) and guided aerial bombs (2 explosions). Khotin community: a guided-air bomb attack (1 explosion),” the RMA said.

In addition, the Seredyno-Budska municipality was attacked by an FPV drone (1 explosion), and guided aerial bombings were recorded in the Esman municipality (2 explosions).

As Ukrinform reported, the Russian military attacked a hospital in Sumy on September 28. Ten people were killed and 22 people were injured. A day of mourning was declared in the city.
