Paddy McGuinness is in his fifties and his former Top Gear co-host Chris Harris is about to join him, but they are adamant this travel series is not their version of a mid-life crisis. The pair visit people across Europe to find tips on aging, starting with nude saunas in Sweden – which leaves McGuinness even more stressed than before. Human Resources
