Corn truck and car involved in serious accident in Stonington

Information about North Stonington Volunteer Fire Department:

At 4:31 p.m., North Stonington Rescue 1 received a mutual aid request from the Town of Stonington, Weqetequock District, to respond to a multiple entrapment accident between a corn truck and a car where H17 contributed manpower and technical expertise to rescue the patient.

Please note that the intersection of Route 184 and Taugwonk Road will be closed for an extended period of time due to a serious automobile accident. Please avoid the area if possible.
