Man found dead after stabbing in Scarborough

A man has died after a knife attack in Scarborough.

Police were called to the area of ​​Brimley Road and McNicoll Avenue around 6:45 p.m. Saturday where they found a man with life-threatening injuries. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say the circumstances surrounding the stabbing are still unclear and there is no immediate information on whether any suspects are being sought.

The homicide squad was called in to investigate.
