Another knife was stolen from Target and used in stabbings, while Chain is on trial for a similar incident

A man stole a knife from a Target store in Santa Monica earlier this month and used it to stab a police officer, authorities said. But it’s not the first time this has happened. The chain is currently facing a lawsuit over a similar incident in 2022, when a man took a knife from the shelves of a Target in downtown Los Angeles and used it to stab people in the store. Both suspects were killed after the attacks by police and security forces.
