The ‘RHOSLC’ drama escalates when Angie Katsaneva calls Lisa Barlow

She may be Greek, but don’t expect an olive branch from her.

Angie Katsanevas has quickly gone from being a top-notch housewife since her Season 3 debut The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

Back then, she was just a “friend,” and just two seasons later, she’s holding the snowflake in the middle in the intro of the hit series. Let’s talk about the main character’s energy!

To celebrate the new season and her ascendant role, Katsanevas returned to Piranha Nightclub and Gipsy Nightclub in Las Vegas to reunite with her passionate LGBTQ+ fans and preview what’s to come.

“The gays love Angie K and Angie K loves the gays! I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve had to work for everything since I was a little kid and I’ve put in the work. I give 150 million percent to everything I do at home with my family and on the show,” says Katsanevas PROUD.

fans of RHOSLC I always love the drama and changing dynamics between the ladies, so it’s safe to say the audience is enjoying the tension buildup between Katsanevas and her former best friend Lisa Barlow.

“It’s actually discouraging. I thought we had a stronger friendship. We don’t see eye to eye and I hope we can address some things when we reunite. She still tweets and acts like a jerk on Twitter. I’m too busy to answer.

Aside from her feud with Barlow, Katsanevas’ feud with Meredith Marks shows no signs of slowing down, as the women remain on friendly terms for the last few seasons.

“I’m really going to leave it up to the viewers this season. I brought the scroll with me. I have a sense of humor! I tried to be nice, I tried to be funny… I did it.” Everything and nothing worked. You decide at the end of the season who made the effort to make it work.

Although she goes back and forth with a few of her co-stars, Katsaneva has become best friends with OG RHOSLC Star Mary Cosby and fans thrive on the dynamic duo.

“I didn’t know I needed it, but I needed it! We make each other laugh. It’s effortless. It’s a real friendship and I love it. I couldn’t ask for a better friend.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Wednesday nights on Bravo. The full interview with Angie Katsanevas can be found in the video at the top of the page.
