‘Dead City’ Reveals Season 2 Teaser and Premiere Date

The walking dead The Universe came to New York Comic Con on Friday with panels The Walking Dead: Dead City And The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol.

A new teaser has been released for season 2 of The Walking Dead: Dead Citywhich we’ve learned will premiere on AMC and AMC+ in Spring 2025. Several new photos for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol were also released. See them below.

The panel for The Walking Dead: Dead Citymoderated by Chris Jericho, introduced The walking dead Universe Chief Content Officer Scott M. Gimple, executive producers and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan, and cast members Gaius Charles, Željko Ivanek and Dasha Polanco.

Robert Rodiguez moderated the second panel for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carolwith Gimple, executive producer, showrunner David Zabel, Director and executive producer Greg Nicotero, Executive producers and stars Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride as well as actor Louis Puech Scigliuzzi. The show’s second season currently airs Sundays on AMC and AMC+.

The Walking Dead: Dead City follows Maggie (Cohan) and Negan (Morgan) as they travel to a post-apocalyptic Manhattan that was cut off from the mainland long ago. The crumbling city is filled with the dead and residents who have made New York City their own world of anarchy, danger, beauty and terror. In the second season, Maggie and Negan find themselves on opposite sides in the growing war for control of Manhattan. As their paths intertwine, they realize that the way out is more complicated and harrowing for both of them than they ever imagined.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol picks up where the first season left off and follows Daryl Dixon (Reedus) and Carol Peletier (McBride). Both must confront old demons as she struggles to find her boyfriend and he struggles with his decision to stay in France, causing tension in the nest. Furthermore, Genet’s (Anne Charrier) movement gains momentum, putting Pouvoir on a violent collision course with the Union of Hope in the fight for the future of France.
