Florida logging truck driver dies after fatal crash in Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) – The driver of a logging truck has died after a fatal traffic accident Friday morning in Monroe County.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), officers arrived on Highway 74 near Davis Road at 9:30 a.m. to the report of an overturned logging truck.

MCSO said the initial investigation determined the driver turned too quickly and lost control, causing the truck to overturn.

The sheriff’s office said 46-year-old David Kebreau of Davie, Florida was pronounced dead at the scene and the accident remains under investigation.
