Danish company charged with child labor related to asbestos

Denmark-based company LM Multiservices is facing charges for allowing at least three children aged 12 to 16 to work with dangerous asbestos without protective equipment, The Local Denmark reported, citing local media sources. Authorities accuse the company of illegal employment practices and report that children were paid in cash and electronic devices. The Danish Work Environment Authority issued 14 immediate orders against the company, describing the case as life-threatening.
