A HOTEL guest has described watching Liam Payne’s tragic final moments before his fatal fall from a balcony in Argentina.

Chicago’s Brett Watson also stayed at the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires and claims he had “multiple encounters” with the former One Direction star and even photographed him in the lobby.

Watson, 34, said he remembered the moments after Liam’s tragic fall on Wednesday afternoon.

Asked what was going through his mind, Watson told ITV News: “It didn’t seem real.

“You almost had to pinch yourself to understand and process what you were seeing, but it was just an out-of-body experience, surreal.”

The American guest had taken a photo of the singer in the hotel lobby earlier in the day.

In it he can be seen lying on a sofa and checking emails on his laptop.

Watson went on to tell how he and others saw Liam “causing a disturbance” minutes before his death.

He told ITV that Liam apparently “passed out” in the lobby before he “had to be physically taken back to his room.”

He said: “So here we were at the hotel with a few other guests, waiting in the lobby for a few people to arrive, and that’s when we had several encounters with Liam.

“Several times [Liam] had come into the lobby, caused a disturbance and was repeatedly escorted back to his room.

A 911 call from hotel staff on Wednesday revealed they needed “urgent assistance” from police to help a guest who was behaving “erratically”.

Recordings of the front desk manager’s 911 calls show they reported “a guest destroying everything in his room.”

In a second call for help, the receptionist said: “You have to send someone urgently because I don’t know if the guest’s life is in danger.”

“You need to be in a room that has a balcony. And well, we’re a little bit afraid that he’ll do something and endanger his life.”

Cops investigating Liam’s tragic death have reportedly spoken to two key witnesses who may have been the last people to see him alive.

Argentine prosecutors said two women who were allegedly with Liam Payne the night before his untimely death have now given statements.

It is understood both women left the Hotel CasaSur without him after waiting for the Brit in the lobby on Wednesday, Argentine newspaper Infobae reported.

Although police have given no indication that she was involved in his death, the women could help piece together what happened in the hours before.

There is no evidence that the women were in any way involved in the star’s fatal fall.

According to Infobae, investigators reportedly confiscated a bottle of whiskey, a lighter, a phone and a notebook that were found in the pop star’s suite.

Disturbing images have emerged showing white powder, burnt aluminum foil and a broken TV screen in Liam’s hotel room.

Several photos show the interior of the former One Direction singer’s luxury suite at the upscale Hotel CasaSur Palermo.

They appear to show traces of white powder and burnt aluminum foil in the bathroom and living area.

A green lighter and a container of Dove soap also sit on a seemingly messy table in the trashed room.
