On Wednesday evening, Liam Payne died as a result of multiple injuries caused by a fall from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before the incident, witnesses said he became erratic and caused damage to his hotel room.

The hotel manager called emergency services because he was concerned for Payne’s safety.
