Little Rock man faces child porn charges after arrest in Mulberry | The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

VAN BUREN – A Little Rock man is accused of a felony involving materials constituting child pornography.

Scott A. Boyd, 46, of Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock, was arrested Oct. 8 in Mulberry by officers with the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, according to a sheriff’s office booking report.

Boyd was arrested on two felony counts of distributing, possessing or viewing content depicting sexual conduct toward children.

His initial bail of $100,000 was reduced to $35,000. He was released on October 9 after posting bail.

The booking report lists Boyd’s court date as 9 a.m. Oct. 23, but court records on the case were not available Thursday.

Crawford County Prosecutor Kevin Holmes said Thursday that charges would likely be filed within the next 10 days.

A spokeswoman for the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office said the full incident report has not yet been completed.
