Cedar Rapids Police responded to the incident with possible shots fired

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Cedar Rapids Police had a large police presence in the area of Park Avenue and 16th Street Southeast.

Police said officers responded to possible shots fired.

TV-9 spoke with several people at the scene who said they heard gunshots.
