Mann is still at large after the Applebee’s shooting in New Braunfels

NEW BRAUNFELS – A man is on the run after he was accused of shooting two people in the parking lot of an Applebee’s earlier this month.

The shooting occurred around 12:20 a.m. on October 1, 2024.

According to the New Braunfels Police Department, two suspects were arrested for the crime: Xavier Sherard, 20, and Jacob Rowser, 20.

A third suspect, Richard Rosas, 20, has not yet been found. A reward was offered for his arrest.

Rosas is a Hispanic man, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
