Shahs of Sunset’s Mike Shouhed appears to attack his ex-fiancée in shocking video

Mike Shouhed‘s entered a diversionary program after allegedly assaulting his then-fiancée in 2022 Paulina Ben Cohen …and TMZ has obtained shocking video of the violent incident.

The “Shahs of Sunset” alum went to court on Tuesday … where a judge ruled that he must attend a mental diversion program for a year after he was arrested in 2022 and charged with assault and battery.

A protection order has also been issued for Paulina and Mike is not allowed to use or threaten violence or violence.

Ben-Cohen filed a civil lawsuit against Shouhed over the alleged incident earlier this year… and while she and her attorney included screenshots of that clip in the lawsuit, this is the first time the full video has been seen. She says that video was also shared with law enforcement.

In the clip, you see Paulina ripping clothes off a rack in her closet when a man she says is Mike comes up behind her, grabs her by the hair and throws her to the floor while the rack hits her falls.

He then grabs her and appears to smother her face as she lies on the ground, before seemingly trying to take her phone away. Paulina then throws objects to drive him out of the walk-in closet.

The video then moves to a children’s playroom, where the man grabs Paulina from behind and wraps his arms around her neck as if he were choking her as he throws her across the room. Paulina responds with several slaps and punches to his face and head.

During that incident, Paulina claims Mike said he would never leave the house and went to get a gun… at which point, she says, she and her nanny called the police. When they arrived, Mike was arrested after police officers said they saw visible marks on Paulina’s body.

According to court documents, prosecutors agreed back in 2022 to have Mike participate in a diversion program that included anger management classes, community service and a gun safety course. However, we have been told that the prosecution has appealed some of the verdicts, which is why he is only now entering the program.

In the lawsuit, Paulina claims that this was not the first time Mike had attacked her and claims that they argued again in 2021 because Mike was allegedly texting another woman.

Paulina is suing Mike for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and gender-based violence.
