A Clinton woman dies in a fatal pedestrian accident

Prince George’s County police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred early Tuesday morning. The victim, identified as 45-year-old Quintinia Milledge of Clinton, Marylandwas struck by a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred on October 15, 2024 at approximately 6:05 a.m. when officers were dispatched to the area of ​​Piscataway Road and Surratts Village Drive following a report of a pedestrian collision. Upon arrival, officers found Milledge in the roadway suffering from severe trauma. Emergency services confirmed her death at the scene.

According to the preliminary investigation, Milledge was struck by a vehicle while she was in the eastbound lane of Piscataway Road. The driver involved in the collision remained on scene and cooperated with authorities.

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation into the cause of the collision. Authorities did not release any further details about the driver or the circumstances that led to the accident.
