In a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Doe claims the hip-hop mogul, now 54, fondled him on the same occasion.

A photo has emerged of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs with one of his alleged underage sexual assault victims at a white party in 1998. The unnamed man, who was reportedly just 16 at the time, was spotted posing with the then 28-year-old Bad Boy Records founder at an event in the Hamptons. In this image, Combs has his arm around the person referred to in a recent lawsuit as John Doe as he stands on a lawn next to carnival-themed booths.

According to Page Six, the defendant himself shared the photo. John Doe reportedly claimed the attack occurred during the 1998 event. He said Combs would smear his victims with lotions or body oils laced with the drug GBH so it could be absorbed through the skin and make them easier to attack.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Doe claims the hip-hop mogul, now 54, fondled him on the same occasion. According to the complaint, Combs told him he had “the looks” of a star before suddenly instructing the teen to pull down his pants, Page Six reports.

Doe is one of six people who filed suit against Combs on Monday for various crimes, including rape, sexual assault and threats of violence.

These plaintiffs are represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who mentioned that he has been in contact with approximately 120 of Combs’ alleged victims, including men, women and minors.

In response, Combs’ legal team insisted to Page Six that the “Act Bad” rapper “has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.” Their statement continued: “The press conference and 1-800 call that preceded today’s deluge of filings were clear attempts at publicity.” M. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts of their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process.”

On September 16, Combs was arrested in New York City and charged with conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to those charges and was not granted bail. A judge has scheduled Combs’ trial for May 5, 2025.
