Arlington police are investigating the shooting incident on Columbia Pike

ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News now) – Arlington police said they are investigating a shooting incident Wednesday evening.

Arlington County police said officers were investigating shots fired on Columbia Pike at S. Glebe Road.

Relatives welcome members of Virginia Task Force 1 home after a 22-day rescue mission

Police tentatively believe the suspect and victim were having an argument when the suspect fired a gun before running away.

No injuries were reported.

According to police, the suspect was wearing black clothing.
