Mustard accused by ex-wife of faking cancer scare

Mustard was accused by his ex-wife of faking a cancer scare after their divorce settlement.

Broadcaster Thierry, who was married to the multi-platinum producer for less than two years, took to Threads on Tuesday (October 15) to blast her ex-husband.

“Even though I didn’t want to say anything, I literally fought to be silenced,” she wrote. “This decision was made back in JULY (I traveled to Belize) to celebrate right after. Now, the week I return the car to its owner, EVERYTHING about my business is on the blogs.

“Of course I know these things are public information, I got that part, but the fact that I knew it would be so petty to tell everyone that you ‘took the car’ and pretended as if my rear CS was payment for the car, and that’s not the case. It’s just BACKED CS.”

Thierry also shared screenshots of an alleged text message conversation between her and Mustard from May 2022, in which the producer calls out Theirry for “trying to fuck with him on purpose.” [him]” as he “could have cancer.”

The argument continued as Mustard said: “This is hard for me and if you know me you should know that the thought of cancer is hard for me. I feel so lost and just helpless.”

The 10 Summers boss also appears to admit to physically abusing Thierry, writing in a message: “I would do that [have] Don’t ever beat your bad ass when my son answers the phone. You’re the last person I want to hit.”

His ex-wife captioned the screenshots: “Playing the ‘silence'” [role] While I’ve been intentionally dragging myself through hell for two years (you promised you’d make my divorce hell and you did), I still have the text messages.

“You made sure your PR team dragged out this move to make me look bad for two years! And you still do it. Please leave me alone and stop using me for advertising and record sales.

“Check the date, after he filed in May 2022, he ‘claimed’ to have cancer to get me to stay in the house. I left in July. Of course not cancer.”

She added in two follow-up posts: “Mind you, this was ALL after he filed for divorce from me and still expected me to have some compassion for him!?” CRAZY.

“Narcissistic behavior at its finest, and I no longer have to tolerate it.”

The couple’s bitter divorce was finalized earlier this week and it was revealed that Mustard will be left with some of the consequences of the split.
