Coronation Street revisits the tragic death story as Leanne takes a big step

Coronation Street Spoilers follow.

Coronation Street will revisit a tragic death story as Leanne Battersby puts her decision to move out into action.

In scenes airing next Monday and Wednesday (October 21 and 23), Leanne and Nick Tilsley divide up their belongings. Leanne believes she is doing the right thing and her departure will allow Nick and Sam Blakeman to rebuild their father-son relationship following the young lad’s recent injury.

However, Sam is upset about Leanne leaving and struggles to hide it.

As she is about to leave the apartment, Leanne becomes emotional as she remembers her late son Oliver, who lived there with them.

Nick later apologizes to Leanne for his affair with her sister Toyah and how their relationship ended.

It looks like things are finally over between them, but is there any chance they’ll ever get back together?

Meanwhile, while Toyah plans to move to a new place, Nick offers to take her and her things there. After recently confessing their love for each other, Nick would like to pursue a romantic relationship with Toyah, but she declined as she didn’t want to hurt Leanne further. Will she change her mind or will a relationship with Nick remain a no-go?

Meanwhile, in this week’s episodes, Nick learns that the evil cult’s leader, Rowan Cunliffe, has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, meaning his fraud and extortion case will go to trial.

The concern is whether Rowan will face the full consequences for his actions or get off relatively lightly.

Coronation Street airs and continues to stream on ITV1 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm ITVX.
