Robert Saleh hints at a return to the NFL after being fired by the New York Jets

Robert Saleh, recently fired as head coach of the New York Jets, was spotted at Whole Foods in Florham Park, New Jersey on Tuesday.

Despite his recent firing, Saleh appeared to be in good spirits as he was approached by photographers. “Live your dream, brother,” he replied when asked how he was doing.

Saleh avoided commenting on the praise he received from Peyton Manning and Bill Belichick during “Monday Night Football,” where both NFL legends recognized his contributions to the Jets. He also declined to address the baseless conspiracy theory that wearing the Lebanese flag during a game had anything to do with his dismissal.

While he remained quiet on these matters, Saleh hinted at a possible return as coach. When asked if he would soon be seen on the NFL sidelines again, he replied: “God willing.”

Saleh was released by the Jets on October 8 after starting the season with a 2-3 record and an overall record of 20-36 during his tenure. The Jets continued to struggle and lost their next game to the Buffalo Bills on Monday. Despite the setback, Saleh seems optimistic about future opportunities in the NFL.
