Crime Stoppers is looking for clues about the shooting in Springfield that left two people injured

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS) – This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to help Springfield Police find clues to a shooting that occurred in the 1100 block of West Jefferson in Springfield.

On October 8th around 9 p.m., officers responded to the scene and reported shots fired.

Two victims were shot and seriously injured in the incident.
