Tragic death of a teenager due to wrong injection by doctor in Lahore

LAHORE: A 17-year-old boy, Abu Bakar Umar, tragically died after receiving a wrong injection from a fake doctor in Chuhang area.

According to the information, the incident led to a case of negligent homicide being filed against the suspect, Muhammad Ashfaq.

According to the reports, Abu Bakar’s mother Sumaira Bibi took him to Ashfaq for treatment. After administering the wrong injection, Abdu Bakar’s condition worsened, prompting his family to take him to Jinnah Hospital, where he was declared dead.

SHO Nasir Hameed of Chuhang Police Station confirmed that a case has been lodged under Section 319 and an investigation is underway. Authorities are actively searching for the suspect, who is currently on the run.
