Man asked student if she wanted to see his private parts

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) – A man turned himself in after South Windsor police accused him of approaching a girl and asking if she wanted to see his private parts.

Joseph Mille, 35, of Medway, MA, was arrested Sunday on an active warrant.

Police said the incident occurred on August 30.

They said Mille approached the 12-year-old girl after she got off a school bus and asked her if she wanted to see his penis.

Mille left the scene before an officer arrived.

However, he was identified the next day when an off-duty officer spotted his vehicle traveling from Vernon to South Windsor.

Mille was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

He was released on $25,000 and given an Oct. 30 court date in Manchester.
