Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers have made a bold statement in the wake of his sex crimes scandal.

On Monday, October 14, attorney Tony Buzbee — who announced in a press conference earlier this month that he is representing 120 alleged Diddy victims — filed his first six lawsuits against the disgraced rapper, alleging sexual assault in each lawsuit Assaults were accused.

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s deluge of filings were clear attempts at publicity,” Diddy’s attorneys said TMZ on Monday, referring to Buzbee’s Oct. 1 news conference, where the lawyer sat in front of a large banner with the sexual assault phone number and announced that he was representing more than 100 accusers, including minors.

“The truth will prevail in court,” Diddy’s legal team continued. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”

Diddy, 54, is currently behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting his upcoming federal trial, which is separate from the other charges against him.

He was arrested last month and charged with conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution – three federal charges to which the “All About the Benjamins” rapper, who plans to testify in court, has pleaded not guilty.

Of the six new lawsuits against Diddy, two were filed by women and four by men, all of whom identified themselves as either Jane or John Doe to protect their privacy. An anonymous John Doe claimed he was abused by the hip-hop mogul at one of Diddy’s infamous “White Parties” in the Hamptons in 1998. The victim was 16 years old at the time.

Of the 120 accusers represented by Buzbee and his office, he said during his press conference in early October that 60 were men and 60 were women – and some were minors at the time of the incidents.

“Our youngest victim is 9 years old,” Buzbee noted. “We have one person who is 14 years old. We have one who is 15.”

Following the Oct. 1 press conference, Erica Wolff, one of Diddy’s attorneys, said Newsweek in a statement: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every unfounded accusation in what has become a ruthless media circus.”

In addition to the federal charges against Diddy and the 100-plus accusers Buzbee represents, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred has several clients of her own who have also accused the bad boy manager of sexual misconduct.
