A missing person alert has been issued for a 7-year-old boy from Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A missing person alert has been issued for a 7-year-old Orange County boy who was last seen Monday evening, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Emerson Felix was last seen by his family around 6:45 p.m. Monday in the area of ​​Flintshire Street, near Rio Grande Avenue and 40th Street.

He was last seen wearing a light cream shirt with a black logo on the chest, light blue basketball shorts with a black stripe down the side and blue Puma slip-on sandals.

He is 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 85 pounds.

“There is concern for Emerson’s safety due to his age,” the warning said.

Anyone who sees Emerson or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
