Kim Kardashian was called out by North West for not cooking

North West didn’t hold back when asked about her mother Kim Kardashian’s cooking skills – or lack thereof.

During a conversation with interview magazine, the reality star sat down for a question-and-answer session with her eldest daughter North West, and things took a comical turn when Kardashian asked the notoriously outspoken child to critique her cooking skills.

“Okay, serious question. How do I cook?” asked the Skims founder in the interview published on October 11th.

North gave a clear answer: “They haven’t cooked for us in a long time. The last time you cooked was two Halloweens ago.”

The 11-year-old then explained that the meal her mother prepared was macaroni and cheese.

“And fried chicken and cornbread,” Kardashian said. “I’m a one-trick pony. Is this one meal good?”

North agreed with the food and said it was “good.”

She also said that her mother was “really good” at serving “cucumbers and salt,” making Kardashian the ironic counterpart to sister Kendall Jenner and her viral battle to simply cut a cucumber.

Kardashian has four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm – with ex-husband Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West.

North has been serious with her mother in the past.

During an episode of “The Kardashians” that aired last November, she gave Kardashian some unfiltered fashion tips during a fitting for her 2024 Met Gala ensemble.

“It could be a little better,” North said of her mother’s outfit, prompting the media personality to explain that it was North’s “character” to be blunt before asking her to “be gentle with me today.” .

“That’s me,” the youth replied. “I won’t lie. I won’t say it at all if you don’t want me to. I’m not going to lie.”

“There’s a way to be honest and not hurt other people’s feelings, so I want you to learn that,” Kardashian replied. “Because there’s a way to say, ‘You know, I might not like this.'”
