1 dead in College Hill shooting

CINCINNATI (WXIX) — One person is dead in a shooting in College Hill Monday afternoon.

It happened around 2 p.m. in the 1700 block of Llanfair Avenue, Cincinnati Police Lt. Jonathan Cunningham said.

Lieutenant Cunningham could not confirm the victim’s condition, but confirmed that he was a man who was shot.

FOX19 NOW crews are now on scene and have confirmed someone is dead.

Aiken High School and College Hill Fundamental Academy were briefly locked out as a precaution, Cincinnati Public Schools officials confirm. However, the lockout has since been lifted.

Cincinnati police are still investigating what happened.
