34-year-old man from Nazareth killed in violent incident, police are investigating

A 34-year-old Arab-Israeli man was killed in a violent incident in the northern Israeli city of Nazareth on Monday morning, Army Radio reported.

In a statement, Israeli police noted that the background to the incident appeared to be criminally motivated rather than nationalist. The incident is under investigation.

According to the Abraham Initiatives, 183 Arabs have been killed in violent incidents in Israel so far this year.
