Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, claims in an amended complaint obtained by PEOPLE that her employer committed “sexual assault” after serving her an alcoholic drink. She did not accuse Combs of wrongdoing in her amended complaint against West.

Pisciotta’s allegations are part of her previous wrongful termination lawsuit against West, in which she alleged that she received explicit text messages, pornographic photos, videos and phone calls from him before she was fired.

Previously, a legal representative for West called Pisciotta’s wrongful termination lawsuit “baseless” and claimed that Pisciotta was “prosecuted.” [West] sexually to force employment and other material benefits, and then engaged in extortion and extortion when her advances were rejected.”

This is just the latest development in West’s legal troubles; Earlier this year, a former employee of Donda Academy and the rapper’s fashion brand Yeezy filed a lawsuit accusing him of racism, homophobia, anti-Semitism and harassment of both students and staff at the school. The plaintiff, Trevor Phillips, claims he was sexually harassed by West, repeatedly mistreated and humiliated in front of other employees and employees, and received no termination or severance pay after Donda Academy closed.

As for Diddy, the 54-year-old is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail after pleading not guilty to charges of conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution . He also faces sexual assault lawsuits from 120 other people, represented by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.

A lawyer for Combs, Erica Wolff, denied the allegations. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every unfounded allegation in what has become a ruthless media circus,” Wolff said in a statement to EW. “Nevertheless, Mr. Combs strongly and categorically denies as false and defamatory any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and justifying himself in court, where the truth will be determined based on evidence, not speculation.”
