Nick Sirianni yells at Eagles fans after they called for his firing during Philadelphia’s win over Cleveland

Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni appeared to be involved in a heated argument with his own fans on Sunday.

Eagles fans, fed up with Sirianni since last season’s late collapse, booed the team off the field despite the win against the Cleveland Browns.

The more passionate even started a chant of “Fire Nick!” while people at home took to social media to wonder whether a coach could be fired at halftime.

The spotlight has been on Sirianni so far this season after their humiliating collapse last year that saw them go from Super Bowl contender to the first round of the playoffs.

The Eagles entered Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns at 2-2 and had yet to win at Lincoln Financial Field this season, but managed to get over the finish line with a 20-16 victory.

Footage showed Sirianni mocking a section of the home fans sitting behind his team’s sideline as the clock declared their victory.

He put his finger to his ear before calling out to them before heading back to the sidelines.

Although the Eagles failed to impress their fans, they still managed to beat the Browns 20-16 thanks to DeVonta Smith’s touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for 264 yards and two touchdowns, including a go-ahead 45-yard toss to Smith in the fourth quarter.

Hurts also threw a 22-yard touchdown to AJ Brown, who returned along with Smith after both wide receivers were sidelined with injuries.

Trailing 20-13, the Browns moved into Eagles territory late in the game, but had to settle for Dustin Hopkins’ 31-yard field goal.

The Eagles took over with 3:54 left and didn’t allow Cleveland to get the ball back, with Hurts taking advantage of Brown for a 40-yard gain to tie the game.

Sirianni promised changes that would come from the bye week, and he delivered with a bold new haircut.

On the field, it was mostly the same old Eagles, turning running back Saquon Barkley into a spectator, failing to get Hurts to consistently connect with his star receivers and turning in a disappointing performance.
