Kanye West’s former assistant accuses him of drugging and raping her at a Diddy event

A former assistant to Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, has accused him of drugging and raping her during a studio session in Santa Monica, California, co-hosted by Ye and Sean “Diddy” Combs have, according to “Sturing New” court documents, reported by the New York Post and the Daily Mail.

Lauren Pisciotta, who filed a wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against the rapper in June, said Ye “sought out” her and her former, unnamed musician client before inviting them to the event, according to a filing with the Los Angeles Supreme Court last week.

Pisciotta claimed Ye gave her a drink after telling people at the event they had to drink if they wanted to stay. After taking a few sips, she “suddenly began to feel disoriented…and began to enter an altered and severely impaired state” and felt “less in control of her body and speech.”

The next day, she said she couldn’t remember the night before and felt “immensely ashamed and embarrassed,” while her former client was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about the night,” the documents say.

The studio session is said to have taken place years before Pisciotta’s work for Ye in 2021 and 2022.

Pisciotta, who said she could not remember and was not aware that “any type of sexual assault had occurred to her or her former client at the time,” claimed Ye told her before her firing in 2022 “somehow happened”. “Just join in a bit” in the studio and reminisce.

Ye was reportedly upset that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian commented on the rapper and Pisciotta. She claimed Ye told Kardashian that the two had “connected” and left out the “true nature and severity of what he did to her.”

After Pisciotta told Ye that she couldn’t remember the night in the studio, he reportedly laughed and said that “women like to say they don’t remember.”

The filing comes after embattled music mogul Combs pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering charges last month. He is accused of hosting sex parties that he described as “freak-offs” and that included GBH, a date-rape drug.
