KSP investigates fatal accident, man charged with murder

EUBANK, Ky. (WYMT) – One person is dead and another person is facing murder charges after a car and motorcycle crash in Pulaski County.

Kentucky State Police troopers were notified of the incident on US-27 near Floyd Switch Estesburg Road around 8 p.m. Saturday.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Larry Stull, 63, of Eubank, was traveling north when his vehicle struck a motorcycle driven by Chester Dick, 63, of Somerset.

Dick and the motorcycle passenger, Lori Lisle, were thrown from the motorcycle as a result of the collision.

Dick was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.

Lisle was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for serious injuries.

Stull was arrested and charged with murder and first-degree driving while license revoked (aggravated circumstances).

Police said alcohol was likely a factor in the accident.
