Kanye West is accused of drug use and sexuality in Diddy Studio.

Kanye West accused of drug use and sexual assault at Diddy Studio Session.

Kanye West’s former assistant has filed a lawsuit claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. Lauren Pisciotta, who was employed by West from 2021 to 2022, alleges in a revised statement of claim that West committed “sexual assault” after giving her a tampered drink, according to California court documents.

Her allegations are part of an earlier wrongful termination lawsuit against West, in which she alleged that she tolerated explicit messages, pornographic images, videos and phone calls from him before she was fired. Pisciotta began working for West in July 2021, assisting with his Yeezy women’s clothing line and collaborating on his 2021 album Donda.

An attorney for West has previously denied Pisciotta’s other claims from her initial complaint filed in June 2024, mentioning that “Ye plans to take legal action against Ms. Pisciotta.”

According to the amended complaint filed Oct. 8 in Los Angeles County Court, Pisciotta claims that the rapper and producer invited her to a studio session in Santa Monica, California, prior to her employment with West. During this session, “drinks were served to the others present, followed by the explanation that everyone must drink if they wished to stay.”

The lawsuit states that the studio session was co-hosted by West and Combs, and Pisciotta attended along with a “former artist management client.” While Combs is named in the amended complaint as co-hosting the event, Pisciotta is not currently accusing the former music mogul — who is now incarcerated and awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges — of any wrongdoing.

The filing alleges that Pisciotta’s drink, which was allegedly served to her by a studio assistant at West’s request, was “laced with an unidentified drug” before she became disoriented after “a few small sips.”

“As the plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and her speech, and that is the point at which the plaintiff loses her memories of that night,” it says it in the statement of claim.

Pisciotta reported that she woke up the next day feeling “physically ill and confused” and was “immensely embarrassed” because she could not remember what happened after she drank the drink, according to the filing. For years, West’s former assistant believed she had been drugged and embarrassed herself at a work event.

Much later, after West hired Pisciotta as assistant and chief of staff and for A&R duties, she claims the rapper first mentioned it that night. During their discussion, West reportedly said that they “got together a little bit once,” referencing the incident that occurred at the Santa Monica studio where the alleged assault took place. When Pisciotta mentioned to West that she didn’t remember the studio session, West allegedly laughed and remarked that “women like to say they don’t remember,” the complaint states.

“Up until this point, shortly before this conversation, the plaintiff was not aware that she was subjected to gender-based violence and sexual harassment that studio evening by KANYE WEST aka YE,” the document states.

According to the amended complaint, Pisciotta allegedly felt “overcome with great shame, discomfort and utter disgust.”

In the complaint, Pisciotta alleged that in July 2021, during an “album workshop” at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, West aggressively knocked on the door of her hotel room at 6 a.m., waking her up. He then forced his way into her room and explained that he had to use her shower because his was broken. Pisciotta further alleged that West later approached her, dropped his towel and attempted to thrust his naked body and penis toward her face, ignoring her requests that he stop. According to the complaint, West quickly left after “apologizing” and continued his day as if nothing had happened.

The complaint states that Pisciotta, who has accused West of sending her inappropriate messages and firing her from her position as chief of staff just a month after her promotion in September 2022, “couldn’t stand the thought of working for the man.” , who sexually assaulted her while she was under the influence, and then successfully lured her back into his sphere with a job offer, only to attack her again.

Additionally, West is dealing with another lawsuit filed in April 2024 by a former employee who claimed he was subjected to “serious discrimination.” [and] Harassment” during his time at the Yeezy and Donda Academy. This week, another former employee also initiated legal action, alleging emotional distress, retaliation and labor law violations.
