Srinagar stabbing accused arrested: Police

Srinagar, Oct 13 (NVI): The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday arrested a person for allegedly stabbing a man to death during a dispute over parking of vehicles near their shops in Parimpora area of ​​central Kashmir’s Srinagar district had.

An official told NVI that the accused Zareef Ahmed Mir, son of Ab Raheem Mir, was arrested for allegedly stabbing Amir Razak Mir, son of Ab Razak Mir.

Mir was shifted to SMHS Hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

He said that the police had registered an FIR (No. 114/2024) under Section 103 of the BNS at Parimpora police station.

The official also said that police have recovered the weapon used in the attack. (News Vibes of India)
