Kanye West is accused by a former assistant of drugging and sexually abusing her

LOS ANGELES (US): Kanye West, also known as Ye’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has made serious allegations against the rapper, accusing him of drugging and sexually abusing her, according to Hollywood Reporter.

Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to court documents filed in California.

This is not the first time Pisciotta has taken legal action against West. In June, she sued him for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract and several other claims, including fraud and unpaid wages.

The latest allegations were added in an amended complaint filed on October 8, TMZ reported.

According to the new filing, Pisciotta and her artist management client were invited to a studio session with West and Combs. Shortly after they arrived, drinks were served and it was announced that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay. Pisciotta says she took a few sips of a drink that was poured for her by a studio assistant at West’s direction and then handed to her by the rapper.

Pisciotta claims she suddenly felt disoriented after drinking. She claims that when she woke up the next day, she remembered very little of what had happened the night before, other than a feeling of “immense shame and embarrassment.”

For years, Pisciotta believed she had just been drugged and made a fool of herself at the event. But according to the lawsuit, West later brought up the night, told her that they “somehow got together” and gave her details about the encounter.

Although Combs is named in the documents as a co-host of the event, Pisciotta does not accuse him of wrongdoing. Combs is currently in prison awaiting trial on various sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Pisciotta, an OnlyFans model, initially claimed in her lawsuit in June that West sexually harassed her multiple times during her employment. A text message allegedly sent by West said: “See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they were fucked while I’m fucking her.” Then I want her to cheat on me.”

In another text, West reportedly wrote, “Is my dick racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

Pisciotta also claimed that West was “fixated on the penis size” of her partners and would masturbate to her during phone conversations.

West’s legal team responded strongly to the initial lawsuit. They accused Pisciotta of “sexually pursuing” the rapper to secure employment and benefits and engaging in extortion when her advances were rejected.

The rapper’s legal representative explained that Pisciotta was “broadcasting.” [West] unsolicited nude images and sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours.”

The statement also claimed that in addition to money, she was looking for material items like Hermès Birkin bags and a Lamborghini, Hollywood Reporter reported. (ANI)
