Ye was reportedly sued by a former assistant over alleged drug use and sexual assault

Ye was charged for allegedly sexually assaulting and drugging a former assistant during a studio session for Sean “Diddy” Combs.

TMZ reports that Ye’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta claims in a lawsuit filed Oct. 8 that she was allegedly given a drink “laced with an unidentified drug” during a studio session in Santa Monica, California.

Pisciotta claims that West was the person who ordered the drink to be poured and that after consuming the drink she felt “disoriented” and had “less control over her body and speech.” The next morning, she stated that she felt ill and was “immensely ashamed” but was still unsure of what had happened.

Although Diddy is named in the lawsuit, he was not accused of doing anything wrong.

This is the second time Pisciotta has sued Ye this year. Back in June, his former assistant filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. In the filing, she stated that she began working with him in 2021 as he prepared to release his popular clothing line, Yeezy.

She was reportedly offered a million for the job – with the only condition being that she had to be available for him 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Piscotta earned an additional million a year by being a content creator on OnlyFans before closing the account in 2022 because Yes suggested she become more “god-like.”

Because she complied, Ye reportedly claimed that he would increase her salary to two million a year – but in fact it was never increased. Around that time, she claims, he began sending her a series of vulgar text messages.

“See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after fucking I want a girl to tell me how hard they were fucked while I’m fucking her. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the messages allegedly said.

Pisciotta also claims that Ye masturbated to her over the phone, locked her in a room so he could masturbate next to her, and that he also became very angry after she stopped his advances.

She claims that she was eventually promoted to chief of staff for several of the rapper’s companies in September 2022 before being fired a month later. A severance offer of three million was never received.

In response to the lawsuit, Ye announced through his lawyer that he would be taking legal action against her over the “baseless” claims – and also strangely made a joke about her chin, comparing it to Jay Leno’s.
