Kanye West’s former assistant has reportedly filed a new 88-page lawsuit against him containing various disturbing allegations, according to alleged court documents obtained by Daily Mail.

Influencer and former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta sued West in June for alleged sexual harassment and stalking while she worked for him in 2021-22.

Now, a new 88-page updated lawsuit filed Friday evening and obtained by DailyMail.com contains dozens of new disturbing allegations.

Pisciotta described West’s allegedly pathological sexual obsessions and his fetish for also wanting to sleep with his targets’ mothers – including his wife Bianca Censori’s family.

The lawsuit delves into his allegedly infamous sex parties and the full horror of his neo-Nazi views, which included hateful tirades and forcing employees to draw swastikas.

She also claimed that West promised to pay her an annual salary of $4 million, bragged about it to Jay-Z, then wrongfully fired her and foregone a $3 million severance package.

West denied the allegations in her original lawsuit, calling them “baseless” and accusing her of “blackmail and extortion,” but has not yet filed a defense.

But her most serious allegation was that he drugged and raped her years before she worked for him – and allegedly only confessed in his final weeks as her boss.

Pisciotta claimed she met West when he invited her client, a musician, to a studio session and party he was hosting with his friend Sean “Diddy” Combs.

West announced that everyone attending the event would have to drink at the Santa Monica studio if they wanted to stay, and West himself handed her a drink.

After a few sips, Pisciotta “suddenly felt disoriented and … began to enter an altered and severely impaired state,” the lawsuit says.

“She felt like she had less control over her body and her speech, and that’s why.” [her] “Memories of the night escape her,” it was said.

The next day she felt “ashamed and embarrassed” because she couldn’t remember the evening, and her musician client refused to talk about what happened.

Pisciotta claimed she didn’t learn until years later why her client was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about that night.”

After years of believing she had been drugged by a studio assistant but escaping without being molested, she allegedly learned the truth from West.

She claimed that shortly before his firing in November 2022, he was angry over a comment made by his ex-wife that he and Pisciotta had had an affair while he was still married.

The ex-wife’s name was withheld in the lawsuit, but West’s only wife besides Censori was Kim Kardashian, who divorced him in early 2022.

Pisciotta told West that she wanted to text Kardashian to clear things up with her because it appeared she had “the wrong impression” about it.

However, she claimed West told her she couldn’t send a message denying they had ever been intimate because of what happened at the Santa Monica party.

“We dated for a bit once,” the lawsuit states.

‘[West] Then he immediately remembered the time he was referring to…where he “joined in.” [Pisciotta] after she was drugged,” the lawsuit states.

Pisciotta claimed that West told Kardashian that they had “hooked up” but “left out the true nature and severity of what he did to her.” [her]’.

Would Kardashian have told the truth and known? [Pisciotta] “was actually drugged and sexually abused by Kanye West,” and she would never have made that comment, the lawsuit says.

A shocked Pisciotta claimed she told West she had no memory of the night, and he laughed and said, “Women like to say they don’t remember,” then changed the subject.

Pisciotta’s lawsuit claimed West’s true nature was “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse and frighteningly calculating.”

It described him as a “deliberate and sadistic caretaker” who used his fame and position to satisfy his “insatiable sexual gratification” and his “animalistic desires” to which there were “small limits.”

The lawsuit alleged that he often had sex with employees and a “rotating guest list” in the offices of his Yeezy company.

Employees were ordered to build makeshift bedrooms consisting of a mattress on the floor, pillows and a blanket in a room or even just a closet.

He also used the staff restrooms and locker rooms, the lawsuit says.

The lawsuit states that West had a penchant for wanting to have sex with and also have sex with the mothers of his sexual targets, which he discussed frequently.

On September 28, 2022, he allegedly sent Pisciotta a screenshot of a text conversation between him and Censori about wanting to have sex with her mother.

“I want to fuck your mother before she leaves,” he wrote in the lawsuit.

According to the files, he asked Pisciotta, “Should I add that I wanted you to watch me fuck your mother?”

Another time, on September 13, 2022, he allegedly texted Pisciotta about an “A-list model” he was desperate to have sex with and asked her to model for his sunglasses campaign.

‘Is [young A-list fashion model] better for me than [different A-list fashion model]? How do I tell her I have to fuck her mother?

Another time, on June 14, 2022, he allegedly texted her about a sexual encounter with a model.

“I feel like you could be an audience member… I just feel like she needs an audience.” “A beautiful audience lol,” he wrote in one text, the lawsuit says.

At one point, Pisciotta informed him of a delay in Japanese work visas and she claimed he responded with a bizarre series of text messages.

“So I’m coming back to LA.” “I want to see my kids,” he wrote before returning to typing.

“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand there’s soooo much p***y in LA. I could rent a room, take the honey pack, drink some tequila and just schedule appointments,” he reportedly added.

“I’m a great guy and daddy. But I love bad bitches and I love fucking bad bitches and making them fall in love.”

Pisciotta alleged that Kanye used his connections to companies like Adidas and Gap to obtain work visas to smuggle women into the United States for sex.

At his companies, they were given “unclear job titles” and had them sign confidentiality agreements about their experiences.

But he was “outrageously candid” with Pisciotta and other employees, telling them “grotesque details” and always filming it so they could “get the full picture,” the lawsuit says.

The lawsuit alleged that West often “offered” his sexual partners, employees and women with whom he trafficked as “gifts” to his friends and co-workers, both to “look and feel cool” and to be at ease Gain the upper hand in business negotiations.

One was described as a “gift straight from Russia.”

Pisciotta claimed he also tried to “gift” her, but to no avail – including once when the man he offered her to, an A-list star, warned her not to.

The lawsuit detailed how West frequently hosted sex parties at hotels such as the Nobu Ryokan Malibu Hotel, the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria and the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.
