Strange that I paid that for your in-flight entertainment system that didn’t work during my 6 hour flight, but I think it was worth it for that $15 credit.”

She also attached a screenshot of her receipt for the $15 inconvenience credit.

JetBlue then responded to Jessica’s complaints, tweeting, “We’re sorry you’re disappointed, Jessica. Please DM us so we can take a look.”
