ATLANTA, GA and NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / October 11, 2024 / CARE is pleased to join SeeHer, the largest global movement to eliminate gender bias in advertising and entertainment, as its newest and first nonprofit member. Earlier this year, CARE won the category’s top prize at SeeHer’s 2024 Gender Equality Measure (GEM) Awards. The award, which exemplifies the world-class accurate and authentic portrayal of women and girls created by an organization’s internal marketing team, was presented to CARE for its creative International Women’s Day campaign #WomenKnowHow.

“CARE is honored to partner with SeeHer to amplify the voices of women and girls with accuracy and authenticity to advance gender equality,” said Monica Rowe, CARE Chief Marketing Officer. “Our missions fit together beautifully and I believe our collective efforts will enable us to do even more to achieve our shared goals.”

Launched in 2016 by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), SeeHer’s leadership coalition is committed to setting the industry’s gender equality agenda and driving the growth of its companies.
