Cleveland Browns vs Philadelphia Eagles: Predictions, Tips, Odds

play

Fresh off a bye, the Philadelphia Eagles (2-2) return to play to face the reeling Cleveland Browns (1-4) in Week 6.

Everything continues to turn in Cleveland after the Browns suffered another humiliating defeat, this time against the Washington Commanders in a 21-point loss. Deshaun Watson’s play has been subpar and if he wants to keep his job, he will have to right the ship in a losing season.

The bye week came at a good time for Philadelphia after it was soundly beaten by Tampa Bay in Week 4. Not only did the Eagles get time to reset, but they could also get stars like AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith and Lane Johnson back in time to prepare for the push.

Lorenzo Reyes: Eagles 26, Browns 13

The Browns are almost unplayable until they show they can be more consistent and reliable and the Eagles have a bye. Cleveland’s offense simply doesn’t have a quarterback capable of running it efficiently.

Tyler Dragon: Eagles 30, Browns 20

The Deshaun Watson experiment is failing miserably. He has yet to complete any passes for more than 200 yards, he has been sacked a league-high 26 times and ranks in the bottom five passers among starting quarterbacks this season. The Eagles are coming off a much-needed bye week. Hopefully the Eagles had some self-reflection during the break.

Jordan Mendoza: Eagles 29, Browns 16

Cleveland really doesn’t get any help if Philadelphia plays rested and at full strength. The Eagles’ offense shines while the problems for Deshaun Watson and Co. continue.
