Woman comes forward after report of racist attacks on store employees

A WOMAN has come forward after a shop worker was reportedly attacked in Boscombe.

It was reported that at around 12.35pm on Thursday, September 19, a woman was attempting to return items at a store in the Sovereign Center on Christchurch Road when she began to become aggressive towards a male member of staff.

The woman reportedly then punched the employee multiple times in the face and neck, kicked the cash register, threw items off racks and called him racial slurs.

Following a call, a woman in her late teens came forward to assist officers in their investigation.

There were no arrests.
