Dartmouth man accused of stabbing a New Bedford woman appears in court

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) – A man accused of stabbing a woman will appear in court today.

Tyler Dow Baglini, 31, of Dartmouth was charged with the murder of Kerri Fidalgo after she was found unresponsive in her apartment and suffering from multiple stab wounds in September.

According to prosecutors, Baglini later showed up at St. Luke’s Hospital with the suspected murder weapon.

Baglini was ordered held without bail pending further mental health evaluation.
