1 injured in shooting in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – One person was injured in a shooting Thursday evening in Horry County.

Police responded to the call just before 9 p.m. on Joyner Swamp Road in the Bayboro area of ​​Horry County.

The injured person suffered “non-life-threatening injuries,” according to HCPD.

Police say all parties involved in the shooting are liable and there is no threat to the community.

It is unclear whether any charges will be filed at this time.
