No injuries reported after shooting on Patterson Avenue SW: officials

ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — Roanoke officials said no injuries were reported after shots were fired in Roanoke Wednesday evening.

According to officers, the shots were fired in the 1100 block of Patterson Avenue SW.

Officers made contact with a person nearby who attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by officers, officials said.

Officials said the individual was arrested and charged accordingly.
