How to watch Seahawks vs. 49ers TNF with and without Amazon Prime

The Seattle Seahawks take on the San Francisco 49ers Thursday Night Football in week 6. The game will be broadcast nationwide on Amazon Prime, which may cause problems for a few 12 seconds. If you don’t have a subscription, are you out of luck watching the game? Perhaps.

On Thursday there will be a fight for number one in the NFC West. Seattle currently holds a one-game lead over the 49ers and Arizona Cardinals, but a loss to San Francisco could move Seattle into third place in the division by the end of the week’s games. The Cardinals have a direct lead over the 49ers. So if Arizona wins against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, the Cards would be first and the 49ers would be second.

Week 6 will likely be a game of attrition as well. Both teams are struggling with serious injuries. But let’s face it: If Seattle, which has struggled to stop the winning streak in three of its games this season, can’t slow down the 49ers’ rushing attack, Seattle and head coach Mike Macdonald will lose.

The Seahawks will play their second primetime game of the season on Thursday. They previously played against the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football in Week 4. Seattle lost that game, so hopefully things will go a little better in Week 6.

Do you need Amazon Prime to watch Seahawks vs. 49ers?

Yes if you live domestically and no if you live in the Seattle area.

There are some 12 year olds who won’t be able to watch the game because they may not have an Amazon Prime subscription. The NFL should do something to fix this problem, but money is money.

If you live in the Seattle area, you can watch the game on FOX 13. If you live in San Francisco, you can watch the game on FOX 2.
