Teen killed in Portland shooting identified

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The teenager killed in a shooting in the Portland neighborhood Tuesday morning has been identified by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.

Around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, neighbors said they heard several gunshots at the corner of 29th Street and Garfield Avenue.

A neighbor said he ran outside to see what was happening and found 15-year-old Titan Walker dead.

LMPD has not yet made an arrest in the shooting.
