In newly filed court documents, the 54-year-old musician’s representative said the Department of Homeland Security “orchestrated” the disclosure of security footage that was apparently seen. Diddy attack his ex, Cassie in a hotel hallway.

The documents were obtained by TMZ. In them, Diddy‘s team is seeking an evidentiary hearing so a judge can determine what happened and correct any discrepancies.

The security footage in question was leaked earlier this year. It appeared to confirm claims the “Me & U” singer made in a lawsuit that was filed the next day and settled out of court.

Since Diddy was arrested and is currently behind bars in Brooklyn, New York. He is accused of sex trafficking, extortion and promoting prostitution.

This month it was reported that an additional 120 people had been charged with sexual assault against the embattled rapper.
